These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member", "You") and Suster4D (hereinafter "Suster4D", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Suster4D website located at https://suster4d.cam and all associated services, products, applications, and features offered therein.

• "Prohibited Activity" Any action or behaviour by a player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, account duplication, bonus abuse, and use of automated betting software.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Suster4D platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Suster4D enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered members, consistent with internationally recognised online gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person employed by Suster4D or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order, cool-off period, or account closure action on Suster4D, unless such period has formally expired and reinstatement has been confirmed in writing by the Operator.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible person may register one (1) Suster4D account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to promptly notify Suster4D of any changes to your registered details.

KYC Verification Requirements:

• Suster4D reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
• Suster4D may also request documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• All submitted KYC documentation is handled in accordance with Suster4D's Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Suster4D processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All accepted payment methods — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay,7-Eleven Cliq, USDT TRC20, and BTC — are subject to individual minimum and maximum transaction limits which may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Conditions:

• Suster4D does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in names other than the registered account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source where technically possible.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. Suster4D is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Suster4D reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder, subject to the applicable method's availability.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. Suster4D targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals, and up to twenty-four (24) hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals — however, these are targets and not guarantees.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows or high-volume processing periods may experience delays beyond standard targets.
• Bonus credits and funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Suster4D may impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week, which shall be communicated to the relevant player at the time of the request if applicable.

Suster4D offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance upon expiry.

All wagers placed on Suster4D — whether on sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, esports, and other leagues), live casino tables, slot games, or instant-win products — are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market. General wagering rules applicable to all products are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Suster4D does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest system error or where the rules of the specific game or market expressly provide for bet cancellation.
• Suster4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to circumstances rendering the outcome invalid (e.g., a sporting event abandoned before a legally required period of play has been completed).

Suster4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Suster4D makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions (including those affecting FPX, DuitNow, or e-wallet providers) are outside of Suster4D's direct control and do not constitute grounds for liability claims.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by Suster4D is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Suster4D Privacy Policy in its entirety.
